Does Kassenheld work without an internet connection?

Yes, you can continue working. If the internet connection fails, Kassenheld switches to offline mode. You can continue taking orders and processing payments.

Important for compliance: In this state, Kassenheld temporarily stores the data locally on the POS. The receipt will indicate that the TSE signature could not be generated at that time. As soon as the connection is restored, the temporarily stored data and TSE-relevant information are automatically synchronized to the cloud and stored securely.
