Can I assign different permissions to my employees?

Yes, you have full control. You can define individual access permissions for each employee. For example, decide who can process cancellations, perform end-of-day closes, or only take orders. This ensures security and prevents operating errors or manipulation.

How to assign permissions: Roles can be assigned quickly and easily in the web console:

1. Navigate to Settings -> General -> Getting Started.
2. Click Add employee and then Invite operator.
3. Enter your employee’s email address and select the role: either Manager permission (with access to sales and reports) or Cashier permission (for checkout only).
