How can I analyze my sales?

Analyzing your sales data helps you make informed business decisions and optimize processes. All reports are available in the Kassenheld Console.

To access your reports:

1. Sign in: Sign in to your Kassenheld Console in your browser (direct link:

   https://console.kassenheld.de/de/dashboard/analytics

   ).
2. Navigation: In the navigation menu on the left, click the "Reports" (or "Analytics") tab.

What data can you analyze?

The reporting dashboard gives you detailed insights into all key metrics:

• Employee performance: How much revenue did each employee generate?
• Product performance: Which products are sold most frequently or least frequently? (Best sellers vs. slow movers)
• Payment methods: Which methods are used most often for payment (Cash, Card, voucher)?
• Sales times: On which days or at what times do you make the most sales?

Use this data to adjust your staff scheduling, purchasing, and marketing strategies.
