How do I cancel an entire receipt?

Did you enter an order incorrectly, or has the customer changed their mind? You can cancel the entire receipt correctly in just a few clicks.

Step-by-step guide to cancelling a receipt

1. Switch to the POS: In your POS app, go to "POS" in the top left.
2. Find the receipt: Find and click the open receipt in the list that you want to cancel.
3. Open the cancellation option: Click the three dots (...) at the top right next to the receipt number.
4. Select the action: In the menu that appears, select "Cancel receipt".
5. Confirmation: Confirm the cancellation process.

The receipt is now properly cancelled, and the transaction is recorded as a cancellation in your reports.
