Set up table plan

Our digital table plan is the central management tool in the hospitality industry. It provides an immediate overview of which tables are occupied or available. This optimizes occupancy, prevents waiting times, and enables staff to assign orders to the correct table without errors. It speeds up service, makes it easier to split bills, and is therefore essential for efficiency and revenue control.

Activation and setup: To use the table plan, activate and configure it in just a few steps:

• Activation: On the POS, go to Settings->System and select Industry and Function. Activate the table plan there.
• Configuration: Then go to Settings-> Devices and Integration and select Table Plan Settings. Here, you can design and arrange the plan according to your preferences. You can create multiple table plans, such as for indoor and outdoor areas.
